Indian cricket team spinner Varun Chakravaradhi took back on social media to react to ‘Operation Sindoor’ as the Indian Army hit several terrorist targets in Pakistan in response to the Pahgam terror attack. Varun, who is currently representing Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL 2025, shared a picture of ‘Operation Sindoor’ released by the Indian Army on his Instagram story. Many former Indian cricket team players such as Suresh Raina, Akash Chopra and Pragan Ojha also praised Indian forces for their service and their retaliation for the Pahgam terror attack who killed 26 people.

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar shared each message for the world hours, when the Indian armed forces hit several terrorist targets in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir and Pakistan, which was in response to the Pahalgam attack.

Taking it on social media, the Foreign Minister said, “The world should show zero tolerance for terrorism.” The Indian armed forces started ‘Operation Sindoor’ this morning to avenge 25 tourists’ massacre and massacre of Kashmiri Pony Ride Operator by terrorists with a link to Pakistan in Pahgam, Jammu and Kashmir on 22 April.
The three-service operation included nine terrorist locations across the border and accurate attacks on the line of control. These places were used by terrorist groups such as Lashkar-e-Taiba, Hizbul Muhajideen and Jaish-e-Mohammed.
India repeatedly accused Pakistan of harassing terrorism and called upon the world to bring a joint battle against global terrorism. Last week, Mr. Jaishankar spoke to his counterparts to non-established member countries of the United Nations Security Council including Algeria, Greece, Sierra Leon, Guyana, Panama, Slovenia and Somalia.
During his phone calls, he is understood that he gave India’s resolve to give Pahgam criminals to justice. Phone calls consider importance because Pakistan is also a non-established member of the Security Council, who varies every two years.
