Aurora Gaming and Gimin Gladiators registered a significant victory on Wednesday, as they fight for playoff berths in Dreamlig season 26.
After Aurora gaming, Group Stage 2 defeated Yakult Brothers 2–0, Gamin Gladiators held the previous team Liquid 2–1 rallies. Both the winners improved their records 3-3, tied to the position of the fourth and final playoffs, entering the last day of the round-robin play.
The $ 1 million Dota 2 tournament began with 16 teams, which divided into two groups of eight in Group Stage 1. The top four teams from each group were eliminated from the opening phase.
Group Stage 2 consists of a single round-robin of the best-three matches. The four teams will then compete in a double-elimination playoff bracket, which will feature the best-three matches till the best-five grand final on Sunday.
