New-look rapids aim to improve dynamo

Colorado Rapids will look for their third road winning of the season, when they gradually find their feet after a slow start from Houston Dynamo.
Colorado (4-2-2, 14 points) is definitely its most impressive results coming from this campaign, an expansion of a 3-2 house win on the San Diego FC side has crossed the expectations in the last weekend, which has crossed expectations from being tied to the third place in the Western Conference.
Rafael Navaro, Jordeze Mihleovic and Darren Yapi scored for Rapids, who a little surprised using 4–2–2–2 formation, which clearly disrupted the rhythm of San Diego.
Chris Armus, the manager of Colorado, would not say whether it was a switch or a week’s wrinkles. But as he prepares to face an opponent similar to San Diego – a Houston side was managed by his former American men’s national team partner Ben Alsene – he somehow says, Rapids would focus on obstructing his opponent’s discovery.
“We have seen some things this week, and regardless, our principles do not change. Our behavior does not change what we do,” said Armas. “I don’t know if Ben Olsen is listening there. My friends, we are coming after you, man. You guys are good, but this is our way, brother. We are dependent on that challenge.”
Houston (1-4–3, 6 digits) is coming from the first consecutive positive results, after 1-0 domestic victory on Los Angeles FC, Las Angeles was drawn 1–1 in Galaxy last Saturday.
Dynamo finally got the second goal in the Draw vs. Galaxy for Argentina Forward Aseciel Ponce. The team has made some additions late in the primary transfer window, making it easier to get more service to the pons.
Houston eventually accepted a single for the 10-man galaxy after the Haftime. But Olsen said that he feels the heart that Pons’ has been more disciplined in the formation of dynamos and has been repaid with a target.
“We (PONCE) asked tonight to be patient in front of the target and did not leave,” said Olsen. “I am really happy for him and thankful that he was rewarded today. It was a very good team’s goal, and it was right where he should have been. Similarly he is going to score, and he is confident that we can get him in those places.”
