The team announced on Wednesday that it was investigating treatment and rehabilitation options for 24 -year -old Amor.
Mistics chose Amor on 14 April with the sixth overall pick in the 2025 WNBA draft.
Amooore is an Australian-native who has played college hoops in Virginia Tech (2020-24) and Kentaki (2024-25).
The two-time All-American scored 15.7 points and 5.5 in 157 games for Hoki and Wildcats.
