LPGA players may be involved in TGL expansion

The expansion of tech-infected TGL may include involving a female league.
It is in accordance with TMRW Sports CEO Mike McCarle, which he co-established with TGL Partners Tiger Woods and Rory McClayo.
Speaking at the CAA World Congress of Sports Meeting in Nashville, McKarley said that the expansion of six-team TGL will start with a team and will go from there. He is very interested in potential franchise owners, he said.
And bringing LPGA stars for a female league is also under consideration.
Alexis Ohanian, owner of TGL’s Los Angeles Golf Club, said she was insisting on connecting the female golfers. The 23 Tennis Grand Slam tournament winner Serena Williams, she is a lawyer for women in the game.
“I am harassing these people about the LPGA deal for a minute,” Ohanian said, per sports business per sports. “They are very interested. It takes time for these things, and I am not allowed to make any news.”
McAcarle said that Ohanian is supported.
“There is no secret that we are working on it,” said McKarley. “Alexis has been a great thoughtful leader for us on him, and I think most of our team owners are behind him in that area as well.”
