Miami Marlins on Monday placed Catcher Rob with the right lat strain in the 10-day injured list.
35 -year -old Brentl is batting. 429 (3 -for -7) This season with one RBI in three matches.
Marlins also recalled Catcher Agustin Ramirez and right-handed George Soriano from Triple-e Jacksonville and chose left-arm Cad Gibson in Jacksonville.
The 23 -year -old Ramirez has so far started its major league. He is hitting 19 matches in Jacksonville this season with three homes, seven doubles, 12 RBI and five stolen bases.
The 26-year-old Soriano is 1–0 with 6.94 ERA in seven demonstrations from Miami Bulpen this season.
The 27 -year -old Gibson started MLB in Philadelphia on Sunday. He gave relief to Starter Conner Gillispy and allowed only one hit in a 2 1/3 scorer innings, killing two in one game, Marlins won 7–5 in 10 innings.
