The Claimson Board of Trustees has approved the new six-year contract expansion of the men’s basketball coach Brad Brown through the 2030-31 season.

Financial terms were not disclosed in Friday’s announcement, although the state stated that its price was a total of $ 27.5 million. Brownle’s total salary will be $ 4 million in 2025-26 and $ 5 million by 2029–30.

“I am honored and grateful for the opportunity to lead and develop youth in both basketball and life in Clamson for 15 years,” Brownal said. “I (Athletic Director) I am appreciating the support of Graham Nef, President Gym Clements and our administration, which continues to continue our successes in basketball – and out of court. I am proud of my employees’ continuity and winning, player’s development and important role in the development and recruitment.”

After taking the program in Elite Eight in 2024, Brown was rewarded with an extension in the 2028–29 season last July. This deal will change that one.

56 -year -old Brownwell earned $ 3.5 million in the previous season, followed by a number of $ 250,000 every year.

He is the winning coach of the program with a 292–196 record since 2010. The team of this season set school records for the overall win (27) and ACC regular-season win (18).

Tigers created their fifth NCAA tournament under the guidance of Brownwell.

In addition on Friday, Claimson received new contracts through Basketball Associate head coach Billy Donalon and Supporting Scene Dixon and Dick Bender.
