Chennai Super Kings star player Developed Brevis on Wednesday showed great athleticism to take great catches on the boundary line during the IPL 2025 match vs Punjab Kings of his side at Chennai’s MA Chidambaram Stadium. PBKS Batter Shashank Singh extended a Ravindra Jadeja delivery towards deep mid -wicket. Brevis was a fielder stationed there. He jumped for perfection and grabbed the ball. However, he quickly felt that he had to step out of the border ropes and thus left the ball in the air before going to the other side. The ball must have fallen to the other end, so Brevis jumped from outside the ropes and the ball again in the air, this time inside the ground. He then came inside the boundary line and finally caught it.

Shreyas Iyer and Prabhasimran Singh gave fifty measured by Yuzvendra Chahal after a brilliant hat-trick, as Punjab Kings’ four-wicket victory excluded five-time champions Chennai Super Kings from this season’s IPL play-off race. PBK, including a hat-trick, riding a late four-trick from Chahal (4/32), pushed CSK for 190, and despite eating slightly stumbling towards the end, the visitors climbed the line with two balls for scoring 194/6.

Shreyas (72, 41B, 5×4, 4×6) and Prabhasimran (54, 36 balls, 5x4s, 3×6) were the architects of victory.
