The game between Toronto Blue Jais and New York Yankis was postponed on Saturday due to heavy rains.

The adjournment was announced about 3 1/2 hours before Saturday’s original first pitch and will be built as part of a straight doubleheader at the Yanki Stadium on Sunday.

Max Fried was slapped on Saturday to oppose Toronto Kevin Gosusman and pitch on Sunday. The other original pitching matchup for Sunday was Clark Schmid against Toronto’s Chris Basit.

Blue Jais struggled closely with Dewin Williams in a Friday’s 4–2 victory and snatched the five-game losing streak in the ninth innings.

Williams did not retire a batsman and blew up his first savings in five occasions. The 10 appearances of the right hand have 11.25 ERAs and the opponents are 6 -for -22 (.285) from their change.
