Ambati Rayudu opens on MS Dhoni’s future plans for CSK

Former Indian cricketer Ambati Rayudu offered to learn from the current form of Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and his struggles in the ongoing Indian Premier League. “I know this is the lowest climb, but it’s a great learning for CSK as well. If you rest on your laurel and do not look at the future, it can be the same. From here, they will be very cautious about developing with the game. Even MS Dhoni has admitted that he is already thinking about a team in the game, and I believe that he is thinking about a team for the next year.

We have seen some glowing lights in the batting line-up, especially Brevis and Mahte-Way are real positivity. Sometimes, it takes such a season to ground a team and remind them that the game is always bigger than us. You have to live on the basics and be humble.

Rayudu also believed that the CSK batsmen were taking a long time to play their shots, and the team’s recent changes are more of a trial run for the next season. They do not think that most of the current squad will be retained, only seven or eight players can be kept.

“I don’t think there is confusion in shot selection-whatever happens, sufficient shots are not being played. The batsmen are taking longer time. The personnel needed a change, and what we are seeing is more than a trial run for the next season. I don’t think CSK can lead most of its current squads to be retired-Retained, seven or eight players can be retired.

Harshal Patel, a pacery of Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), was a standout artist in his major victory over Chennai Super Kings (CSK) at the Indian Premier League (IPL) on Friday in Chennai.

CSK continued the streak of his defeat in the ongoing IPL, in nine matches he won only two and lost seven. With this win, SRH has reached the eighth position in the points table with three wins and six defeats, a total of six points.

The CSK ranks final with two wins and seven defeats, resulting in only four points. The next CSK will play against Punjab Kings at Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on 30 April.
