Q. BGIS 2025 Congratulations to win the Grand Final! How are you feeling now? Can you describe the sentiments going through the team?
Soumraj: I am not feeling anything especially strong right now. I think for the first time when we won a trophy, it brought a very different kind of feeling. Now, I am going through a mixture of emotions, so I am not sure when the real heavy feeling will kill me. I think we just have to wait and see.
Krafton’s role in nurturing talent through BGMI Rising Star Program
Q. You are one of the ESPORTS players selected for the BGMI Rising Star Program. Actually Crafton is helping you in your growth?
Saumraj: First of all, I would like to thank Crafton India for choosing me for the BGMI Rising Star program. I registered for this and was fortunately chosen as I meet all the criteria and other requirements. After my announcement of my selection, I had a photoshoot, and a airDrop in my room came in my room that was full of things that would help me develop my social media channels. The remaining details will be revealed soon, and I am not in freedom to disclose them anymore. Therefore, please remain.
Share the victory with the family.

Q. Who is the first person you want to share with the victory of BGIS 2025?
Saumraj: I celebrated the victory of BGIS 2025 with everyone. But already I wanted to share it, my parents are. I was at home for about nine months after experiencing many boot camps, and it was a different situation for me. In depth, I felt bad at home, earning nothing and just playing the game.
There was no support from anyone other than my mother. He supported me day by day, from providing food to everything else. I used to play the game continuously, and my mother used to bring food for me, so I used to eat. I believe that my mother and father will be very happy now.
Q. What are your views on the increased prize pool by Crafton India through in-game crate system? Should they continue it in upcoming incidents?
Soumraj: This is a very good initiative by Crafton India. It is a great thing that when you open BGIS 2025 crate, a part of the amount is added to the prize. I also asked him that if these crate items were not good, then why should they include them? And he said that this is a test for now, but they will give us more in-game items, and this will increase the award pool even more.
