Kolkata Knight Riders took Gujarat Titans in a crunch match of IPL 2025. Defending champion KKR has so far been inconsistent in IPL 2025, with three wins in seven matches, he is ranked seventh in the 10-Team League. On the other hand, GT has acted like a well -oil machine. He leads the IPL 2025 points table with five wins in seven matches. Ahead of KKR vs. GT IP: 225 games, former KKR player Akash Chopra said that Rinku Singh, Andre Russell and Ramandeep Singh have been told about the performance.
All three of the six players made by KKR were before the IPL 2025 auction. Veteran Russell is distributed significantly with bat and ball, while Rinku is not able to handle pressure when the top order fails.
Chopra said in a video on his YouTube channel, “KKR is out for 95 in the last match. You have gone out for 115-Od in Mumbai too. There is a depth of batting, but it has become a matter of concern because very few people are gaining their weight. Rahane and Raghuvanshi are playing well.”
“Apart from him, everyone is a mercurial. Venkatesh Iyer has played a good innings. Quinton de Coke has played a good innings. Sunil Narin has played a strange good innings. Russell, Rinku and Ramandip have not played a single good innings in this way. It is your problem.”
Coming to GT, Chopra said that the performance of the top three is taking the team without any hiccups.
“It is not understood, but Gujarat is playing well. The top three do a good job together. It’s a wonderful story. They will depend on them here too. Sherfen Rutherford played well in the last match, it’s a good addition,” he said.
“Prasad Krishna is bowling very well, but Arshad Khan and Ishant Sharma, and will you not make a bowl of Sai Kishore if a left -handed player comes? So there are some question marks, and Rashid Khan’s form is exactly gone. Now, he is also catching even, which he did not use to do before.”
