Report: Wr Diontae Johnson joins Brown on 1 year deal

ESPN reported on Monday that former Pro Bowl Wide Receiver Dinte Johnson is set to play for his third AFC North team, who agrees to a year deal with cleaveland browns.
The 28 -year -old Johnson had an official visit with Brown on Monday. The six -year -old veteran divided the 2024 season with Carolina Panthers, Baltimor Revennes and Houston Texas.
In March, Pittsburgh Steelers traded in Carolina, Johnson made a strong start with 357 yards and a strong start in seven matches with three touchdowns. However, he was traded in the ravens with a sixth round of selection of 2025 in exchange for the fifth round pick of Baltimore in this year’s draft.
Johnson did not impact with Revenne, holding a pass for six yards in four matches. On 1 December, he was suspended for a game to refuse to play against Philadelphia Eagles.
Johnson was claimed by Texas from Wavers and appeared in a regular season game, ending with two catches for 12 yards. Playing just 15 snaps in a wild-card playoff win on Los Angeles Chargers, he caught his only goal for 12 yards and was later forgiven.
Their strange season continued when Revenne claimed to be released on 15 January, the day Texas dropped him. On the basis of contract, Johnson has a chance to land a compensatory pick in next year’s draft, depending on the indications as an unrestricted free agent.
In six sessions, the third round pick of the steellers and 2021 Pro Bowl selection of 424 career receptions for 4,738 yards and 89 regular-season games (75 starts) have 28 TD (2019–23), panthers, revenue and 28 TDs for Texas.
