Ram to honor La Firefighters by drafting from fire station

Ram is taking his “war room” on the road, causing his selection in the draft next week from Los Angeles Fire Department Station.
The team has worked to show the efforts of the city’s firefighters since the wildfire came to the area in January. Due to the fire, Ram was forced to move his home playoff game to Arizona.
When the draft starts next Thursday at Green Bay, Head Coach Scene McWay and General Manager Les Saned will be taken out into a room that turned into a temporary office in LAFD air operations. Coaches, scouts, other Ram personnel and media will capture the part of a adjacent hangar as Rama selects his first round pick-number 26.
LAFD aerial operation will continue as usual.
McWaway and Saned appeared in a Hollywood-style video released by the team on Thursday, showing him out of a helicopter at an air operations center with a caption, “Los Angeles, WeR the Clock.”

Team president Kevin Demof said in a news release, “Drafting from LAFD Air Operations is a powerful reminder of representing Los Angeles.” “Since forest fire destroyed our region in January, we have seen LA together to help in recovery efforts, which increase the souls of the affected people, and throw light on our first respondents. We are partners with LAFD during one of the biggest moments of NFL, who are at risk to protect our city daily to protect our city.”
In exchange for the hospitality of LAFD, the RAMS will re -prepare the REC room of the station to make the fire briefs more comfortable to rest during their 24 -hour shift.

Before the second day of the draft, the Ram will meet with other respondents of the region.
Since the fire, Ram and his players have participated with community groups to help people affected by wildfire. The team has donated about $ 2 million for relief.
