MLS is an example for an expansion team that enjoys the initial success, but does not create that San Diego FCs are doing any less impressive.

The 2–0 domestic win on Colorado Rapids on Wednesday night improved 7-4-2 in San Diego, good for 23 points and second in the Western Conference table.

San Diego will try to add three more points to his clan on Saturday night when the game welcomes the Cansus City in the city.

San Diego’s third straight victory also includes a solid defensive performance by Christopher McVi and Anders Draer. Golki CJ DOS Santos eradicated the mistakes that gave colorado scoring opportunities, especially in the 73rd minute when he refused Jordez Mihleovic’s penalty kick.

“Performance by boys,” San Diego coach Mickey Varas said. “For me, it was just a complete performance. This is an example of what we can be and we have to enjoy it.”

Draer has a team-high goal for San Diego, which claims top 10 crime and defense with 25–16 goals. It is trying to follow the 2023 St. Louis team that won the West Table in its first year.

While San Diego is flying high, Sporting KC (3-8-2, 11 points) is expecting a rally for a 2–2 rally in St. Louis on Wednesday night. Below 2–0 in the 70th minute, he held a rally to resolve an unexpected point with Tim Libold and Dejan Jovelsic markers.

“Although things were not going in our way at different points in the game, we never gave up,” said Sporting Casey Interim Coach Kerry Zavaginin.

Club is 3-3–1 since Zavagin took over from Peter Vermas at the end of March. Sporting Casey has been aggressively more dynamic with 13 goals since coaching changes, but may stand to tighten things at the end of the field. They score 24 goals in MLS, next-to-finally, 24 goals.

Joveljik (six goals) and Daniel Sali (four) are responsible for more than half of the team’s goals.
