The Insority Invitational Friday did not go away on Friday before the first round of lightning in the area around the Woodlands (Texas) Country Club.

All 78 players of the ground were found in the syllabus, but no one finished their rounds. The first round will start again on Saturday at 7:45 am before being played local time.

When the horn seemed, eight players were leveled under 4: Brett Quigley, Billy Andred, Kane Tanigawa, Chad Campbell, Thongchai Zaidi of Thailand, Mike Wear of Canada, Yang of South Korea and Erny Els of South Africa.

Billy Mefare and Argentina’s Ricardo Gonzalez was tied to 3 under.

The Quigley had three Birds in a row. When he was away from the course, he had two holes to play.

“Yes, one and a half (holes). I am on the fairway at 17,” Quigley said. “So, yes, it’s a boomer, but everyone deal with it tomorrow because no one is finished.

“… not uncommon. We expect it, so this is not a big deal.”

Andred started its round at nine with three Birds and fourth in Par-5 first hole. He was a bogie-free and had three holes from finishing his round.

“We all want to finish so that we can sleep a little,” Andrade said. “And then you have to go back at 7:45, it’s not ideal, especially in our age. But you just have to accept it and move forward. We are all in the same boat. Everyone has met so, and we just go out and we can do the best.”
