Nax Cultics in Game 6, charge in the East final

Jalen Brunson and OG Annbi scored 23 points, as New York Nix reached the final of the Eastern Conference for the first time since 2000, going to Boston Celtics 119-81 on Friday in Game 6 of their semi-final series.
Mikal Brides had 22 points and Carl-Antony Town added 21 points and 12 rebounds for the third seed New York, causing 41 points. Nux wrapped the best-seven chain with the largest winning playoff margin in franchise history.
New York crossed the 36-point playoffs on the Milwauki box in the decisive game 5 of the 1970 Eastern Division Final.
Josh Hart contributed 10 points, 11 rebounds and 11 to record the first Postsen Triple-Dabal of New York as Walt Frazier completed the feat in 1972.

Defending NBA Champion Boston was led by Jelane Brown, who had 20 points, six rebounds and six assistance before exiting late in the third quarter. Celtics was again short-handed after losing a broken Wright Ekils during Game 4 on Monday.
New York shot 46.2 percent from the ground, including 16 (34.8 percent) out of 46 (34.8 percent) from the 3-point range. Nix took advantage of 55–36 rebounding.
Patan PriChard scored 11 points and Al Horford added 10 to Boston, shooting 36 percent and 12 out of 41 (29.3 percent) from the 3-point range.
The score was tied at 16 before pulling the nix away.
New York led 26–20 at the end of the first quarter and then opened the second with an increase of 16–4 to open the 18-point lead midway during this period.
After Boston’s Luke Cornet disrupted the burst with a three-point play, Nux rated 16 out of the next 21 points, with a mile of 1:31 to a 58–32 on a putback sting by McBrid with 1:31.
McBrid buried a 3-pointer with the end of time for a 64–37 lead on the break. In the 1970 final game 7, Los Angeles Los 69–42 led to the break of New York’s biggest halftime gain on a break, won by Nix.
The competition was effectively finished when Brown with 2:50 in the third quarter and Boston below 33. Anunobi pushed 10–0 with 3-pointers consecutively, as the margin went above 92–51 above 40 with 1:51 to the third.
