Lucknow Super Veteran (LSG) spinner Digvesh Rathi and Abhishek Sharma of Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) were involved in an ugly oral spat during their IPL 2025 match on Monday. Digvesh revealed all this during the 8th over after Abhishek was caught deeply, and completed his trademark notebook festival. However, both soon found themselves into a warm exchange, which inspired quick intervention from the umpires. Digwesh made some gestures to Abhishek, and instigated the SRH star, which also came with some harsh words.

Rewriting the match, Abhishek scored 59 runs from 20 balls, as SRH defeated LSG by six wickets on Monday, ending the possibility of his opponents reaching the IPL playoffs.
