Match fixing danger for IPL 2025? BCCI issues a lot of warnings for players and teams

The Control Board for Cricket in India (BCCI) warned all IPL stakeholders about a Hyderabad businessman, who are trying to force individuals to do potential illegal acts. The BCCI has warned cricketers, coaches, assistant employees and commentators about potential approaches from a business person. According to a report by Cricbuzz, The Anti Corruption Security Unit (ACSU) believes that the businessman has links to the bookies. The individual is allegedly trying to befriend people in recent times and is trying to establish a relationship with the people involved in the competition. The person allegedly befriends people by offering expensive gifts.

“One of the methods he allegedly employed by him involves contacting franchise owners, players, coaches, support staff and family members of family members,” the report said the report said.

Meanwhile, the struggle against Rajasthan Royals (RR) ahead of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025, Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) Right-Arms Speedster Mayank Yadav joined Rishabh Pant’s leadership ahead of the eighth game of the ongoing 18th edition of the Cash-Rich League.

Mayank is expected to play the next LSG’s next game against Rajasthan Royals (RR) in Jaipur on Saturday, which is according to the ESPNCronfo report. His availability will be a large -scale boost for LSG, who started the competition without him.

The Lucknow Super Giants Franchise took it in its social media handle and shared a video, where Mayank Yadav was warmly welcomed with the hotel staff at the destination. He also gave autograph to the entire hotel staff.

22 -year -old Mayank was recovering from a back injury and was out of action since October 2024, when he made his international debut and played three T20Is against Bangladesh at home. He missed the entire domestic season due to a back injury in the series and was recovered at the control board of Cricket (BCCI) Center of Excellence for Cricket in India in Bengaluru.

Just ten days ago, LSG head coach Justin Langer operated the video of the bowler on “90 to 95 percent” and said that Paper would soon join the LSG camp.
