Indian crew sent a clear message in Pakistan Super League: “Restricted Movement …” – Report

The Pakistan Super League (PSL) broadcast may be in danger in the coming days with all the experienced Indian crew members in the PCB roster, which has been replaced after the border tension after the Pelgam terror attack. Pakistani terrorists are believed to have been considered behind the murder of 26 Indian citizens, who were visiting Pahalgam region of Kashmir. A concerned PCB source said: “More than two dozen of PSL production and broadcasting crew, Indian citizens have been included. Steps are being taken to replace them. Broadcasting and production crew include engineers, production manager, cameraman, player-tracking experts (all Indian citizens), which ensure a smooth coverage of PSL.” After a meeting in Islamabad on Thursday, the National Security Council announced that all Indian citizens of Pakistan should leave the country in the next 48 hours.

The source said that the PCB and the group had the rights of PSL, discussing the option of changing Indian citizens in the crew at the earliest.
The source said that Indian citizens in the crew have also been asked to ban their movements until they can leave Pakistan.
Meanwhile, a few days after the Pahalgam terror attack, which claimed the lives of 26 citizens, Live Streaming Platform Fankode has removed all the ingredients of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) from its website. Broadcaster was one of the officially streaming platforms of PSL matches in India. It broadcast the first 13 matches of the Pakistan Super League, where all top members of the Pakistan cricket team play. Several reports claimed that the decision was taken on Friday. On Friday morning, all the PSL materials on the platform were carrying to an ‘error’ page and then no material of PSL was available on the platform.
Earlier, Fankode was criticized by some social media users to broadcast PSLs.
Increasing its response after the five measures announced on Wednesday, India has canceled all visas issued to Pakistani citizens – including medical visas – and visa services for Pakistanis have been suspended, which after 26 people were killed after a drunken terrorist attack in Pahgam.
