Jordan Tamu threw 278 yards and three for touchdowns, on Friday, raised visiting DC defenders to win 32-24 on San Antonio Brahma.
The 57-yard touchdown run by Jashun Corbin pulled San Antonio with 9:27 within 25–24, but the two-point conversion attempt failed.
DC (5–2) then covered 13 plays and 79 yards, Tamu dropped the gunner Britain out of the clock before playing with 1:55 for 4-yard touchdown. Javon Antonio caught a one-point conversion near the scoring.
Ta’amu is connected to 19 out of 24 passes, including 76-yard TD toss for Braille Sanders. Bryl Moore-Makkini finished with five catches for 71 yards, and Cornell Powell logged 70 yards and five receptions for a touchdown.
Corbin received 109 yards at nine carries for Brahma (1-6). Kevin Hogan completed 20 out of 31 passes for 230 yards and two touchdowns, and Johnater Kirkalin made seven receptions for 52 yards.
