A’Ja Wilson puts the aces of the past in 35 digits to take the past spark

A’Ja Wilson scored 35 points and caught 13 rebounds, and the Las Vegas Aces on Friday shot a blister 12 -25 on 12 -25 -25 from 3 -point range N route for domestic victory of 96-81 at Los Angeles Sparks.
Las Vegas (3–2) led 24 points to its highest scoring performance in the 2025 season, but needed an increase in the fourth quarter to catch Los Angeles.
Sparks (2–5) scored 11–0 and cut the deficit with eight points with 4:08 remaining. The aces scorers for about four minutes during the explosion of Los Angeles, but back-to-back baskets and Wilson Putbacks from Jackie Young to effectively smell attempts to return.

Meanwhile, on defense, Las Vegas placed Los Angeles beyond the arc to just 7 -24-which included limiting the former aces all-star Kelsey Plum to only 1-of-7 on its 3-point efforts.
The plum ended with a team-high 17 points, but struggled to go to the second half. He shot 6 -19 from the floor in his return to Las Vegas.
Deerica Hamb and Azura Stevens posted double-dals to each loss, with Hambi going for 14 points and 10 rebounds. Stevens recorded 10 points and 10 rebounds. Hambi added six assistance to match Wilson for a game.
Odyssey Sims shot 15 points on shooting 6-8 from the floor for Los Angeles, and Emma cannon bench trio, Liatu King and Julie Allemond scored all six points. Sparks excluded the backup of Las Vegas from 22–10, but could not overcome excellent performance from Los Angeles Wilson and Young.
