Athletics need to find some pitching on Sunday afternoon on Sunday afternoon to overcome the closing of the series against hosts Toronto Blue Jais.
Blue Jais has dropped athletics out of 31–14 in winning three of the four-market chains. Toronto has won four directly.
Athletics has lost five of its last 17 straight and 16 after Toronto was held at 8-7 on Saturday. This was the second serial game in which athletics decreased despite scoring seven runs.
With an overwork and unattractive bulpane, athletics starter Gunnar Hoglund played six innings on Saturday, allowing eight runs on 10 hits, including four domestic runs.

In an attempt to stem the flow of runs, athletics has been scheduled to start the left-handed JP Sears (4-5, 5.18 ERA) on Sunday. He is 2–0 with 2.77 ERA in 13 innings on three career games (two starts) against Toronto.
Toronto’s right-handed Kevin Gausamman (5-4, 3.68) is expected to begin. In eight careers begins against athletics, it is 2-3 with 2.50 ERA in 50 1/3 innings.
Athletics made almost dramatic return on Saturday. Brent Rooker, who was with a walk with a walk, hit a two -run homer in the ninth against Jeff Hoffman near Toronto.

He was able to get out of the field and was replaced by Mials Straw. The team said that Varsho had abandoned hamstring discomfort.
“It’s difficult,” said Toronto’s manager John Schneider. “He plays the game in a way. This made the energy out of the game slightly.”
Varsho underwent shoulder surgery in September and missed the first 28 matches of the season. He is killing eight homers and 20 RBI in 24 sports. 207/.240/.543 and protects gold gloves.
Varsho’s injury chased the first of the two homes of George Springer, with the second one to fifth.
Bo Bichet became the first shortstop to reach the century mark in his blue -like career. Edison Bharjar also worked.
Vladimir Gurero Junior was 1-for-4 and will take 31-game on-base stricks on Sunday.
Toronto recalled the left-arm Easton Lucas from Triple-e Buffalo for Saturday’s game, nominated for assignment to the right-handed Jose Unna.
Lucas played 4 2/3 scorer relief innings to win.
