Rangers Nathan Ewldi Get Six Strong to Slow Bosox

Nathan Ewaldi played six strong innings and visiting Texas Rangers on Tuesday night collected 16 hits N routes to win 6–1 on Boston Red Sox.

Eovaldi (3–2) limited Red Sax to one run on five hits to reduce its ERA by 2.03. He went one and hit seven.

Josh Smith and Adolis Garcia made three hits for each Rangers, who scored five runs in the fourth innings. Texas received two hits from Jokes Pedirson, Marcus Semian, Jona Hem and Ivan Carter.

Boston’s Lucas Giolito (0–1) made its second start of the season and scored six runs on 10 hits in 3 2/3 innings. He went one and hit two.

Red Sox made six hits and hit 12 times. Leadoff Hitter Zaren Duran was 0 -for -4 with three strikes and the Trevor Story also hit three times. Rafael Davors and Christian Campbell hit each twice.

One of a few highlights for Red Sox was an outing by the reliever scene by Newcomb, who threw four scorers innings. He gave four hits, hit three and one went away.

Red Sox has lost three consecutive games and five of its last six games.

Rangers took a 1-0 lead, when Wet Langford scored a Giolito wild pitch in the first innings, then added five runs on seven hits in the fourth. In an innings of five runs, an RBI double, a Garcia sacrifice fly from Pedirson who left Pedderson and RBI in the singles from Hem, Smith and Langford.

Boston scored his run at the bottom of the sixth. Alex Bramanman reached the base on two-out doubles and scored on Campbell’s single.

Texas won four of their five matches with Boston this season.
