IPL 2025 points table, orange cap, purple cap: top on RCB climb, Mumbai Indians …

Mumbai Indians (MI) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) won the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) and Delhi Capital (DC) on a blockbuster on Sunday in the Indian Premier League (IPL). MI won the Table-Toppers Gujarat Titans (GT) and second place to jump in third place behind DC to jump in third place. However, RCB’s sixth direct win claimed him to the top position, pushed DC to fourth place. MI stood third while GT also temporarily fell in second place.

The RCB icon Virat Kohli, who slammed his sixth half -century of the season, claimed the Orange Cap, beaten MI’s Suryakumar Yadav and GT’s Sai Sudarshanan, who will have a chance to retrieve the top position with their team facing Rajasthan Royals on Monday. Kohli has scored 440 runs in 10 matches so far.

RCB’s Pacer Josh Hazlewood claimed the purple cap after taking two wickets against DC, taking his tally to 18 scale this season.

Chasing 163 for victory, Bangalore slipped 26–3 before Virat Kohli and Pandya and scored 119 runs to achieve his goal with nine balls with nine balls at Feroz Shah Kotla Ground in Delhi.

Delhi -born Kohli hit 51. Left-handed Pandya killed an unbeaten 73 off 47 balls when he returned from 1-28 with his left-handed spin in 10 matches with a seventh win of Bengaluru, to reach the top of the 10-Team table.
