Braves Spencer Sturder is expected to return to Blue Jas

The Atlanta Braves right -handed Spencer Sturder is expected to make his first start in more than a year on Wednesday afternoon against host Toronto Blue Jais.
The teams have divided the first two competitions of the three-game series after defeating Braves 6-3 on Tuesday night.
This will be the first major league appearance of Sturdered since April 5, 2024. He missed the rest of the season when he underwent surgery to repair the ulnar collateral ligament in the right elbow using the internal brace.
