Ravindra Jadeja, CSK players return home after IPL 2025 suspended

After the suspension of the IPL, the franchise was advised to leave from its current places.

After the suspension of IPL 2025, the players, officers and employees are hitting their feet to return home. The BCCI and the IPL Governing Council called for a week for a week after increasing the India-Pakistan tension. All the players, India and abroad, have been advised to bring back, including CSK players, including Ravindra Jadeja, already back home.

The official confirmation of the IPL suspension was on Friday. This decision was taken after PBKS vs. DC Clash in Dharamsala due to security concerns. It was decided to postpon the tournament for a week, with a border struggle between India and Pakistan.

According to the BCCI advisor, the franchise was asked to dismiss immediately. One decision on the tournament will be taken on a later date. While the capitals of Delhi and the players of Punjab kings have to travel from Dharamasala, the rest of the franchisees are free to leave from their current places.

CSK, who was in action in Kolkata on Wednesday. The five -time champions have left the team since then and have gone to their respective methods. Urvil Patel, the latest recruitment of Chennai Super Kings, shared an Instagram story of traveling with experienced Ravindra Jadeja. Both Patel and Jadeja were traveling from Gujarat and therefore traveling together.

BCCI to help travel system

The Indian Cricket Board arranged a special Wande Bharat train, which is included in Dharamshala in players, commentators, assistant employees, cameramen, crew and Punjab Kings vs Delhi Capital Match. BCCI also fasted to help sort the journey system for its respective contestants.

“They will return home; we will all help with logistics, but every foreign player and support staff members will be taken back to their respective country. Depending on what has been decided in the future, a call must have been taken on them, which is returning to the league. But by now, they will return home,” An IPL official told the Times of India.
