Houston Astros on Saturday placed the outfielder Chas McCormic with a left diagonal tension in the 10-day injured list.
The move is retrospective on Friday for McCormic, batting with two RBI in 36 matches this season.
The 30 -year -old McCormic is a career. 2550 hitters with 55 homers and 193 RBI in 472 Career Games with Astro.
Also on Saturday, Houston recalled 26-year-old Infielder Shay Whitcomb from Triple-A Chinese land.
Whitcom is batting. 275 This season this season with a Pacific Coast League 18 Homeers and 38 with RBI this season this season.
He batted with five RBI in 20 matches with Astro in the previous season.
