Davis relay reports penalty on self-distance-papper device

The Davis relay was assessed a two-stroke penalty to use the slope facility on the distance-to-distance equipment during the weather-stricken second round of CJ Cup Bayran Nelson.

The relay has self-reported the use of slope feature, which is not allowed.

Par-3 The two-stroke penalty on the 17th hole dropped the relay to the 3-end-Burbar, a stroke of the approximate cut line at TPC Craig Reng in McKini, Texas. However, he started at nine behind, and mixed one eagle on two cords, two bogies and final 10 holes and left a 71 and left it on the 5-under cut line.

The 28 -year -old Riley has called himself a penalty on the first golf course.

According to PGA Communications, the relay was issued a one-stroke fine at the 2013 US Junior Amateur, when he addressed a Bedi put on the 16th hole after his ball was fired. The then 16 -year -old was honored with a hole, which ended the match against the Scotty Sheffer as 3 and 2 winners.

Riley has won two career on the PGA tour and is currently ranked 89th in Fedex Cup Standing.
