Yankees eke out win, refusal Rockies first series season win

Ruki Jessie Easkera was the first three-hit game of his career and went in two runs, including the last game-winner, as New York Yankiz defeated Colorado Rockies 5-4 on a stormy Sunday in Denver.
Mark Letter Junior (3-3) saved 1 1/3 innings from an unstable ninth to take his eighth savings for scorer, hitless relief and Luke Weaver for New York. Aaron Judge and Paul Goldsmide added two hits each.
The game delayed the game for one hour and 46 minutes at the top of the fifth innings.
Mickey Moniyak did two hits and Jordan Beck had two hits for Colorado, which fell by 9-44 and failed to win its first series of the season.
Colorado pulled within 4-3 in the sixth when Ryan McMahon sang and scored on the double of Brenton Dial. In the eighth, Eskera’s RBI single restored the lead of two-rran Yankis.
Moniyak led the ninth with his fourth homer, but the weaver got to finish Hunter Goodman with two runners.
Yankis first scored when Goldsmide led a single, went third on the judge’s single and scored on the groundout of Kodi Beldinger.
Rockies replied at the bottom of the innings when he loaded the hideout without any outside. Will Warren’s wild pitch brought home Beck, and McMahon’s groundout gave Rockies a 2–1 lead in Azciel Tower.
New York tied it to another when Anthony Volpes tripled the center and scored on Escera’s double. Yennakis then took the fifth lead as the power went into the sector.
Goldsmidt sang and went to chase Ben Rice Colorado Starter Antonio Senjetla. The judge doubled the reliever Jake Bird to bring the Goldschidt of the house, and the bird deliberately moved to Belinger to load the base. Jason Dominguase hit a sacrifice fly at the center to give Yennakis a 4–2 lead.
The game was delayed during Volpe’s at-bate, and when the game resumed, he flew to the center.
Senjetla (1-9) conceded four runs on six hits and scored four runs in 4 1/3 innings. The long delay ended Warren’s day after four innings. He conceded two runs on two hits and beat seven.
