Santiago Moreno lifts Timbers past game Cancons City

Santiago Moreno provided a viral mother’s day weekend moment, scored a brilliant bicycle kick and then embraced her mother in the stand, which proved to be a target of winning the 1-0 win of hosts Portland Timbers at Sporting Cancas City on Saturday night.
After Kevin Denki’s acrobatic tally in a 2–1 domestic victory for FC Cincinnati on 26 April, Moreno’s overhead kick against Sporting Cancas City was the second bicycle goal in three matches.
Maxim Crepue made three clean sheets and three savings for Portland (6-3-3, 21 points) to keep the fourth of the season. The Canasus City was scorer for the third time, and already interim head coach Kerry Zavaginin took over for the Peter Warmes six matches ago.
Sporting (3-8–1, 10 digits) mostly migrated to the game of Timbers, matching 11–9 in total shots and three shots on each goal, but SKC could not produce its special moment.
Moreno had his memorable impact in the 10th minute.
After David Dr. Costa and Antony were combined on the left side of the penalty region, DA Costa crossed a small cross towards the penalty spot.
Moreno retreated from the 6-yard box to keep the ball in the air with his left leg, then beyond the dive of John Pulskamp and fired a stunning right foot inside the left post.
From there, the Moreno jogged on the distant side, where his mother met the stairs for a hug for the railing in front of the railing below the stairs.
The Lakshya was the third of the season of Moreno, making him the fourth Timbers player with three or more.
Sporting’s most dangerous player was veteran Daniel Sali. Crepue rescued him in the 15th and 16th minutes, and then Sali widened by a good position in the 25th minute.
Crepeau again thwarted Sali from the distance in the 61st, making Timbers a strength of four consecutive MLS matches that accepted several goals (total 11 total).
This was the third beginning of the Canadian International goalkeeper, giving the opportunity to win the role from James Pentamis as he deal with a toe injury.
