IPL 2025: RCB Eye Home Improvement for Struggling Rajasthan Royals

Royal Challengers Bangalore will look at the Rajasthan Royals to gain control at home on Thursday, struggling to find a form in their own den to find forms. Several matches as RCB’s three defeats at the Chinnaswamy Stadium offer one of the biggest contradictions of this edition. An organization that has a protest against steam in all parts of the country, has been abandoned by chasing the shadow in its own backyard. RCB batsmen have appeared strangely subdued and have forgotten the length to adopt their bowlers here.

The central 22-yard strip for a condolence run is a converted character that has offered the bowlers to hold something.

The Bangalore batsmen have not yet found the right tempo to tide on the sluggishness in the pitch, as they feel that the gas is stuck in a dilemma or not.

This is clear in the team’s yogas so far – 169/8, 163/7 and 95/9 (14 overs). He has scored more than 9–10 runs, overs in other places, but the rate here has come down by 7-8 runs.

He has been mainly decent on an average of 64 in this season, but will expect more than Phil Salat, Devdutt Padikkal and Captain Rajat Patidar.

The inconsistent bounce is holding the RCB batsmen back, especially after the power play segment and, they will find a rhythm against RR.

The story of the bowling attack led by Bhuvneshwar Kumar is also no different. Despite providing some assistance despite the deck, they are not able to fully use the situation here, unable to find the right spot.

Avoid mid-table tussle

RCB currently has 10 points to finish third on the table, but Punjab Kings and Lucknow super veterans also have 10 points. The Indians of Mumbai are quietly snatching the ladder with eight points.

If they win against Sunrisers Hyderabad, MI will also have 10 points and can displace RCB (4.7) from the third slot due to better net run rate (4.8).

Therefore, a favorable result will help RCB to stay above four teams with 10 points with 10 digits.

RR’s turmoil

Rajasthan has a messy house to deal with. Sanju Samson will recall the match with a stomach injury, which first forced them to leave the game against Delhi’s capitals.

Ryan Parag will continue to lead the Royals, who currently ranks eighth on the table with four points in the absence of his regular captain.

His front-line batsman-Yashsvi Jaiswal, Parag, Shimron Hetmyer and Nitish Rana are appropriate despite six defeats in the eight matches and are also encouraging the beginning started by young Vaibhav Suryavanshi.

However, the lack of bowlers’ penetration has hurt them badly. Vanindu Hasranga (6 matches: 9 wickets) is about to take his major wickets, but the Sri Lankan spinner has taken four wickets in one match and has struggled the rest.

Jofra Archer (8 matches, 8 wickets), Mahesh Thekshana (8 matches, 7 wickets) and Sandeep Sharma (8 matches, 6 wins) also provide a similar story.

They are either not able to take wickets or can stem run flow, and Archer (9.33) has the best economy rate among bowlers that tells a story.
