Mets to promote untouched Flamthrover in Triple-A

Reluver Alex Carillo has been promoted by Mets after the team did not allow a hit or run in a brief tenure with Triple-A affiliation.

The MLB Network reported that Carlilo will be activated by Mets on Tuesday.

Carlilo tops at a speed of 100 mph with its fastball and mixes in a cinnar and changeup, resulting in 40 strikeouts in 25 total innings at several levels of a minor league in 2025.

In Triple-A, the right-handed batsmen had 10 strikes in 5 2/3 innings, with no runs, hit or walking.

The 28-year-old Siderum Herler Mate was a reclaimation project by Out of Winter Ball and in his career appeared in only 22 matches in minors, with a record of 3–1 with 2.76 ERA and 29 1/3 innings with 46 strikes. Opponents have a. 162 batting average against Karilo.

This is not just his delivery that is unconventional.

His visit to The Big Leagues was the Stints in Mexico, Venezuela and Frontier League after making his debut at Junior College and proceeding at Naia Faulkner University in Alabama. He picked in a stop for Texas Rangers in 2019, but was released after three matches.

Before signing with Mets in the last winter, he picked for Tigress de Argu in Venezuela’s professional baseball league.

Mets entered the 13th MLB on Tuesday with a joint 3.83 Bulpen era and finished 17th in Whip at 1.31.

Carrillo, who made 30 strikes in 19 1/3 innings for Double-e-Binghamton before joining the Syracuse, was killed in 2025 in 2025.
