Each bowler of England squad from India’s squad is based on the rating form feet. Jaspreet Bumrah 9/10

Catch the rating for Indian bowlers based on forms going in the 5-Match test series against England.

Who will bat at number three to KL Rahul and Yashsvi Jaiswal? Who will play an expert number six as batsman? Is there any place for only one between Sai Sudhrashan and Karun Nair? The change in the batting unit made all the headlines for India to go to the high-octane England rubber. However, it is a bowling unit that will give visitors the best chance of a rift in the newly designated Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy. Below, we look at all Indian bowlers and rate them on the basis of form before being closed on 20 June in Leeds tomorrow, 20 June!

Jasprit Bumrah: 9/10, Mohammad Siraj: 7/10

Let’s start with the player who almost saved India from embarrassment in the border-gavaskar trophy. He bowled like a dream, and Australian batsmen discovered all the answers to the tour. One back cramps eventually caused the fact that Bumrah took the entire bowling attack on his own.

He then missed the entire ODI Champions Trophy before coming to IPL 2025. What else do you think? He stopped from where he left. Bumrah gave another great season, taking 18 wickets in the 6.68 economy, an excellent achievement. The Jasprit Bumrah Factor will be going on the minds of the English batsmen, but they will feel a little comfortable knowing that the man is watching only three tests due to the work burden management.

Meanwhile, a bowler who will need to step for a long time is Mohammad Sirraj. Born in Hyderabadi, Pesar is now one of the senior pacers behind Bumrah and will require reliability at extreme excitement. They have raw talent, of course, but in the head, there is a lack of control. Under English conditions, he can bring his best. However, the form was not in his favor in IPL 2025. In his previous 11 IPL 2025 Games, Siraj took a highly general average of 57.57 and just seven wickets at a strike rate of 35.1, which was the worst for his side. He took two wickets in the Intra-Squad game, but there was a shortage of runs at an expensive run rate.

Prasad Krishna: 9.5/10, Arshdeep Singh: 9/10

There are two exciting pace-bouling talents, Prasad Krishna and Arshdeep Singh here. While Krishna extracts extra bounce, Arshdeep adds the left-handed variety, something that is lacking for India in red and cricket.

Talking about Prasad, Lucky Paper proved to be a revelation in IPL 2025. After remembering two consecutive IPL campaigns, how he turned back and turned! For GT, Krishna not only took wickets when needed, but also obtained the prestigious purple cap. He ended with a 25 -wicket figure at the only bowling SR of 14.00.

Usually a new ball bowler, Krishna, has developed himself as a more role-based bowler, where he asks the think tank to do him. His form has called him to become a third pacer in the XI of India. Giving him a competition can lead to Arshdeep Singh, who has a previous experience of playing county cricket in England.

The left -hand pace can be a very large danger, especially with its agile ability to remove movement both before and off the deck. For PBKS, he took 21 wickets. His SR of 16.00 was also fantastic. Although he cannot start the series, Arshdeep may be an ideal option to change Bumrah in the team.

Akash Deep: 6/10, Harshit Rana: 7.5/10

The sky deep was highly inauspicious in the Australia series. He produced the highest false shot percentage, but did not rub green. They were eventually stopped before an injury occurred as an injury. Akash recalled most of the IPL and got to play only six games. In those fixtures, he bowled well in some sports, but continuity remained an issue.

With three wickets and a high economy of 10.18, the sky deep does not look in a good rhythm. In addition, he joined the team late and did not play two informal tests against England Lions. This time, he is down in the Peking order, it seems.

It is a joyful Rana to compete more among the pacers, which was recently added to the Indian team, but only for the first Leeds testing. It seems that the management is not sure about the fitness of the sky deep and therefore decided to include Rana. Talking about his form, Rana has not done well to warrant a place. He took 15 wickets in a challenging season for KKR. In addition, only in the innings he bowled against Lions of England, Rana took just one wicket.

Kuldeep Yadav: 7.5/10, Ravindra Jadeja: 7.5/10

Now two left-handed spinners come who can spoil England’s Bazball party at any time-Kuldeep Yadav and Ravindra Jadeja. While there is a certainty in the Jaddu team, Kuldeep’s inclusion may depend on various factors. Is India sufficiently convinced in the batting unit that they do not require an all-rounder of speed in number eight? Is there enough dryness on the surface to adamant Kuldeep, something that Ashwin told?

As far as the form is concerned, both Kuldeep and Jadeja had an OKISH IPL 2025 campaign. While Kuldeep started brilliantly, his form went to his form. Among the last seven matches of his side, Kuldeep was the lowest performing bowler in Delhi Capital, taking only three wickets and a strike rate of 46.0 on a terrible average of 62.00. He did not play for India and did not either enchanted anything in the intra-scv game.

Similarly, Jadeja was decent in one or two matches for CSK. He took 10 wickets in 14 matches, out of which he was a wicket -free in six fixtures. Saying that, the IS role will be more than a defensive bowler in England.

Shardul Thakur 9/10, Washington Beautiful 6.5/10, Nitish Reddy 7.5/10

Now come Indian all -rounders, who continue to place the team management on their toes. In the battle of number 8 spots, Nitish Kumar Reddy has overtaken Shardul Thakur, mainly due to his better batting credentials and recent India performance.

Reddy saw a composed fifty and pasted two informal tests against England’s Lions with a couple of wickets. He also has a hundred one factor against Australia. However, as a pacer, he does not provide anything prominent. While Shardul Thakur is a proper pacer, Nitish is still a task. He hardly bowled in IPL 2025 as well.

Shardul Thakur This continues to show why it can never be rejected. Seemar scored an unbeaten 122 in the intra-squad match and looked alive with the ball. His experience in English conditions is a big plus – Thakur has three half -centuries in four tests and a NAC to bend the game with the bat. In the IPL, Thakur took 13 wickets and against Lions of England, he gave a couple of.

Meanwhile, Washington beautiful remains an external contender. While he had some easy moments in county cricket and can bring control with the ball, his form was simple in IPL 2025. He took five wickets in the 10.25 economy and a strike rate of 32.00 in just two matches for GT. He offers the depth of batting and off-spin variety, but until the pitch demands a change in two frontline spinners or injury forces, it is unlikely to be a facility.
