GT’s Sai Sudhrason won Big, CSK ends with Fair Play Prize

Yes, we all know that this is RCB and Virat Kohli’s moment, but there is a whole lot of awards given in the IPL, and the 2025 season is no different. A host of prizes were given to standout performers for the entire season, and InsideSport takes a look at the entire list. While all the awards were for individuals, CSK took the only team award — the Fairplay award.

GT opener Sai Sudharsan finished with the orange cap, scoring 759 runs in the season, while his teammate Prasidh Krishna ended with 25 wickets, to lay his hands on the purple cap. Meanwhile, the best pitch and the best ground award went to DDCA, and the best catch of the season went to SRH’s Kamindu Mendis.

There were some other interesting picks too — with MOhammed Siraj winning the award for the most dots balls in the season. He delivered a staggering 151 dots. Then Suryakumar Yadav emerged as the MVP of the tournament; once again Sai Sudharsan won the player with most fours. The most sixes award went to Nicholas Pooran — hitting 40 maximums.
