Yanks handle the mates, spoiling Juan Soto’s return to Bronx

Goldsmidt added an RBI single through a draw-in infield with locations loaded in the fourth. Jason Dominguase ran into Belinger when he used his speed to avoid being from a double play to another on a grounder.
Five relievers including Jonathan Loiciga followed Rodan. Loiciga after returning from an internal brace process on the sixth sixth, the sixth sixth in its first presence since April 3, 2024, from an internal brace process on the Ulnar collateral ligament in its right elbow.
Brandon Nimmo had an RBI single in the fourth and Lindor hit an RBI single in the ninth for Mates, forcing Yankis to call the Luke Weaver, close to the Soto for the finals, which ended with a return return for his fifth save.
