Yankis RHP Clarke Shamit hoped to undergo Tommy John Surgery

A day later he was placed with the firm’s tightness in the injured list, the New York Yankis right -hand Clarke Schmidt is expected to undergo Tommy John Surgery.

Aaron Boon, manager of Yankiz, told reporters on Saturday afternoon that Schmid had shed tears in his right elbow -collateral ligament in his right elbow.

The 29 -year -old Schmit took the MRI exam on Friday after three innings removed from Thursday’s game in Toronto. He conceded four hits with one strike in a loss of 8–5 and three runs on two walks.

It is 4-4 with 3.32 ERA via 14 starts. He hit 73 batsmen and moved to 30 in 78 2/3 innings.

New York also added right -handed Scott Epress and left -handed Jayavian Sandridge in active roster on Friday.
