Srimakova’s concrete victory at the Queen Club earned him a match against Great Britain’s wild card Emma Redukanu. Redukenu won 6–1, 6–2 on the Spanish qualifier Christian box 6–2.
Number 5 Russian Diana Schneider won 6-4, 6–1 over Magdelena Freach in Poland, and number 6 Check Karolina Muchova defeated Australia’s Madison Iglis 7-6 (5), 3-6, 6-4. Mekartney Casler defeated Brit Franceska Jones 6–2, 6–4, while Brits Katie Baulter and Heather Watson also won.
