WTA Roundup: Elena Rybikina rolls in Strassburg Quarter

Kazakhstan’s fourth seed Elena Rybikina hover out the quarter-finals with a 6–1, 6-3 win on Chinese Zinue Wang at Internationals de Strassburg in France on Tuesday.
Rybakina hit six Aces and rescued both brake points, in which he established a meeting with Poland’s Magda Lynet in a 65-minute match, which was 6-4, 6-3 winners on Slovakia’s Rebecca Srimkova of Slovakia.
Spain’s third seed Paula Badosa was tied 3-3 when Mary Buzkova of Czech Republic retired from his second round match at the WTA 500 event. The next Russia’s number 8 for Badosa is the winner between Lidmila Samsanova and Diani Parry in France.

The sixth seeded check in the WTA 250 tournament in Rabat, Morocco, Alona Bolsova of Spain ralled for the first round for the first round of Katerina Siniakova for the first round of 3-6, 6-1, 6-2.
Bolsova rescued five out of eight brake points and in a match, Siniakova took advantage of 10 double defects that lasted for less than 2 hours. She will face Romania’s Jacqueline Christian in the second round.
