With Pyotr Kochetkov in the net, the storm hopes to end the devils

After a hard regular season, Carolina Hurricane Winger Andrei Swachicov is feeling rejuvenated in the Stanley Cup playoffs.
The 25-year-old has four goals and five points through four matches of the first-round series of the storm against New Jersey Devils, including a hat trick on Sunday, who gave his team a 3–1 lead in the seven-game series-a win away from proceeding in the next round.
The storm will continue this when they host the Devils in Game 5 on Tuesday.
In this year’s Postsen, Svechnikov has already matched his playoff career in the goal and is six points from 11 to six points in the previous spring.
In this regular session, he had 48 points (20 goals, 28 aids) in 72 sports, he had the lowest production as 55 games in 2020-21 had 42 points. This season was 0.67 points per game in the second lowest of his career, which lagged behind his crook season (0.45) in 2018-19.
“This was a difficult season for me, but right now, the playoff time is my time. I love this time of the year,” Svechnikov said. “I like to play a physical game. I’m just trying to do everything that is going to help my team win these games.”
Carolina may move forward in the fifth consecutive season and the sixth time in the last seven years.
Hurricane would be without goalkeeper Frederick Anderson, who left the game on Sunday in the second round on Sunday, when the Devils crashed Timo Meer with him.
Carolina’s coach Rod Bind’or said about Anderson, “He is out tonight and he is out tonight, who has won three out of four matches in this series, recording 1.59 goals averages and .937 save percent.
Pyotr Kchetkov, who allows a goal at 15 shots in Anderson’s relief, will get the node. This was the first appearance of Kochtekov since 16 April.
“It was clearly a small dice at the beginning – he does not want the target to go many times – but again, how you respond,” Brind’amor said. “Then he looked fine, he did not look unstable. For me, for me, after not being for a while that is the key. … could go in another way, and did not do it, so I give him a lot of credit for it.”
Meanwhile, the devils continue to deal with a battered blue line as they try to keep their weather alive.
Defenseman Luke Hughes, Brandon Dillon and Jonathan Kovswik are sidelined with injuries. Hughes and Dillon have not played since each injuries in sports 1, while Kovswik was injured early in game 3.
New Jersey coach Sheldon’sfe said, “Those people are important to us. They make you a better and deep team.” “But as we proved in the game 3 (3-2 overtime win), you can cross it. Even (Sunday), we did not have our best game, and we were shooting a late one in the third period. There is a way to win. We just have to live on it.”
Devils are also trying to remove a struggling power play which has gone 0 -for -12 with only 14 shots. This is a contrast from the regular season, when they finished third in the NHL with a 28.2 percent success rate.
“Our confidence has not changed,” further said Jasper Brat. “We are practicing it, talking about it. We know how to break it. We have just got to execute a little better.”
