Gray and Popo each made five shots beyond the arch, but how to make Howard (four 3-pointers) straws that shake the drink for dreams.

Atlanta has been up-satisfied this season, in which five different players have ended as the team’s leading scorer in 15 matches.

Wings (3–12) started four-game homestand after 91–88 overtime losses in Washington on Sunday. Arike Ogunbowale led Dallas with 27 points and fraudulent guard Paige Bueckers added 20 points, nine rebounds and seven assistance.

“The early group was not really great (against Washington),” said Dallas coach Chris Koklanas. “We are still working on finding (starting) that actually work. I keep talking about it every night, but it is our competitive depth that keeps us in these games.”

Bueckers hit the late game-tie 3-pointer in the regulation of the back-end-forth competition and then Washington scored the first four points of wings in the OT before taking charge and organized the two-game winning streak of Dallas to snap.

Bueckers passed Ketleen Clarke to become the fastest player in WNBA history for 200 or more points and 50 or more assistance, doing so in only 11 games.

In the season, the third major scorer of Dallas, Dijonai Carrington, missed the game in DC with Rib injury, which could also keep him out for Tuesday’s competition.
