Mike Tauchman gave a game-ending informed single in the 11th innings and Lenin Sosa worked twice twice, making hosts Chicago White Sax defeated Cleveland Guardians 5–4 on Friday to earn a doubleheader split.
Chicago’s right-hand Mike Wasil (4-3) scattered three walks and two strikes in a three-score innings of relief.
Vasil ran two parents in 10th to load two parents to load the hideouts, but survived the trouble by retiring Brian Rochiyo on a groundout in another place.

Chicago tied the game in half of the bottom with a sacrifice fly. White Sox took the lead on another Sosa Solo shot in the fifth as the second Basman gave his second multi-home game of the season to join the June 25 attempt against Arizona.
Cleveland tied the game at 3 with Rochi’s RBI Double in the sixth.
White Sox Starter Jonathan cannon scattered three runs and three hits in five innings and three hits with five strikes. Cleveland’s counterpart Gavin Williams allowed three runs and four hits in a five-flour innings. He walked five with five strikes.
The Guardian Lefty collby Aleard fell 1–1, allowing an unarmed run in 1 1/3 innings.
Acquisition this week in a business with Toronto, Chicago moved to Fielder Will Robertson to Pinch-Hitin Slater in the sixth before his club went 0-for-2 with two strikes at the beginning of his club.
