‘We are here to put a show’: Shardul Thakur warned before Test Series vs England. Cricket news

New Delhi: India’s all -rounder Shardul Thakur believes what the Indian team has to win the upcoming five -match Test series against England, which begins in Leeds on Friday. Shardul was part of the Indian squad who visited England in 2021-22. India was ahead 2–1 in that series before postponing the final test for next year due to Kovid -19. India, playing regularly without captain Rohit Sharma, lost the re-prescribed test, and ended with the series 2–2.Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli stepped away from red-ball cricket, the young Indian side, now under the new captain Shubman Gill, will face a difficult challenge in English conditions.“I think it is very exciting to play in this part of the world, where you face different challenges. First one, of course, the weather.
