C Wu Kim of South Korea withdrew due to an injury back from the Travelers Championship in the second round on Friday.
In the first round, Kim, who shot a 1-over-Burbar 71, included Jordan Spith and Brian Campbell in the initial departure from the tournament at Cromwell, Con.
Kim was 8-over for the tournament when he withdrew three bogies and two double-boys through 12 holes on Friday.
Spith led to club house 12 holes in his early stages on Thursday due to a neck/upper back injury. Campbell withdrew before the beginning of the first round due to shoulder injury.
29 -year -old Kim has five career win – PGA is four on Tour – and 61st in the official world golf rankings. He finished eighth in the PGA Championship last month.
Passenger is the final of eight signatures events in 2025, with a $ 20 million purse.
