Former India captain Virat Kohli made his first public appearance since his retirement from Test cricket. 2 days before the IND vs ENG 3rd Test at Lord’s, Kohli was spotted in attendance at Wimbledon 2025. The 36-year-old was accompanied by wife Anushka Sharma, as they watched Novak Djokovic in action.

Virat Kohli and wife Anushka Sharma were amongst the crowd as they watched Novak Djokovic in full flow at Wimbledon. Kohli has often spoken about his admiration for the Serbian ace. After the game, he dubbed Djoker as Gladiator, terming his win ‘business as usual’.
The former Indian captain has attended the championships before. In fact, it was in 2015 when both him and Anushka Sharma had attended games together. Now with the couple reportedly settled in London, where Wimbledon is hosted.
Kohli retired from Test cricket in May and will only return to action in October for the ODI series against Australia. The 36-year-old has stayed away from the spotlight, taking a hiatus from social media after IPL 2025. He took to the internet to lavish praise on Team India’s efforts at Edgbaston in the 2nd Test. And now, he popped up to watch Novak Djokovic in action. It won’t be surprise if Kohli is in attendance at Lord’s.
