Playing his third IPL match, 14 -year -old Suryavanshi on Monday set a record of record with an inspired centenary against the Gujarat Titans at Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. The teenage batsman scripted history with 35 balls, the fastest by an Indian player in the IPL and the second fastest of all time.
“Even though this splendor man has cheated age, such a crazy power-touching crazy man at the age of 15–16 years,” posted a user on X.
Another user posted an old video of Vaibhav and gave an interview and claimed, “Vaibhav is definitely older than the states.”
“There is no way, Vaibhav Suryavanshi is 14 years old. It is a 3-4-year video, where he himself admitted that he looks younger than his age and not 15, the case should be investigated deeply in a deep investigation by @BCCI, and he should be banned when he is guilty.”
In 14 years and 32 days, Suryavanshi scored a sensational 101 off just 38 balls against GT and became the youngest player to score a century in IPL and T20 cricket.
