The issue of hamstring injury continues
According to a journalist by a Sri Lankan journalist, Vanindu Hasranga faced another hamstring injury during the third ODI confrontation between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. Although the result of MRI scan is pending, it can be confirmed that you will not see Hasranga in T20 in action.
This is the same injury that has been a slavery for the Sri Lankan spinner, who recently completed 100 OD wickets in his name. Back in 2023, Legi will recall the entire ODI World Cup in India as it underwent Hamstring Surgery.
Immediately after recovering, Hasranga was left with discomfort in his left hamstring, which also made his way out of the ODI against India. Fortunately, Sri Lanka won a famous series without defeating India in a ODI series for the first time in 28 years.
