Vaibhav Suryavanshi defines youth again, Samad also cuts

The IPL 2025 has seen the rise of some fresh faces, and was no different last week. InsideSport tracks all growing talents.
In the IPL, the youth are the backbone of any franchise, which is in full performance in the 2025 season. For the last few weeks, Insidesport has been monitoring the best performance by these emerging stars, and the week has gone, brought out – four players, who have slowly started making their names in a jump.
Remember the name, Abhishek Porl
Even though Abhishek Porl is not a very new name for IPL fans, he has managed to make a name for himself this season. After starting slowly, he has shown a lot of continuity. In two matches last week, he scored 49 vs. RR and then deposited 18 in the next Clash vs. GT. This means that in 8 matches, he has scored an average of 225 runs at 322. Strike-trap remains a decent 146.
Abdul Samad’s best season ever
Now, 113 runs in 8 matches do not show the true picture of what Abdul Samad has done for LSG. The J&K player first exploded back to the scene in 2020/21, but never justified his location in the team. At least there are some runs for his name this year. First, in the match vs. CSK, he scored 11-chandes 20 runs, and then scored it with 10 ball 30 vs RR. What the knock special did, finally, LSG won by two runs, and Samad did not finally come with those big wars, Lucknow may have lost the match.
All of 14, Vaibhav Suryavanshi can hit the long ball
You just don’t expect any player, to start your IPL career with six on the first ball alone, a 14 -year -old child alone. But then Vaibhav Suryavanshi is not a regular teenager. Not only did he smile Shardul Thakur for six on his first delivery, but he scored 20 to 34. His innings also included two and sixes and two fours in the innings. Some gives that he will be a big star in the coming time.
Not as youth, but Ayush Matre can end CSK’s batting crisis
Perhaps, Suryavanshi has again defined what a young man is, but the matra can also qualify as one. The 17 -year -old batsman was drafted on the side as a replacement of Gurjapneet Singh, and showed some classes in his first match. Against MI, he scored 15 to 32, including four fours and two sixes.
