After the 8-day break, India vs England 5-Match Test series will resume on 2 July. The hosts are currently ahead, to win a tough match in Headingley. But the visitors were not far away despite playing with a newly assembled batting lineup. Despite this, bowling and fielding were weak departments.

England is getting unchanged, but India may make some twics. For the beginning, Jasprit Bumrah can be rested. Arshdeep Singh can make his Test debut. Kuldeep Yadav, Washington Sundar, or Nitish Kumar Reddy are in view. One or two of them could also play in Edgbaston.

Edgbaston Pitch Report

Traditionally, Edgbaston Pitch did AIDS to pacers in the first few days and then we move forward by bringing spinners in the game. However, it will not be a traditional Birmingham surface. In the Bazball era, batting has become easier, and we can expect a pitch similar to a headingley.

Birmingham Weather Report

There is a 10 to 25% chance of rain during the five days of the second test. 4 to 6 July is the weakest day. We can see interruptions in regular rainfall. The swing can come into the game due to clouds and winds bowling. Also, if it rains continuously, the pitch will not deteriorate.
