Top 2025 NFL draft possibilities are still on board after round 1
The ceremonies are still going for 32 players who were prepared in the first round on Thursday.
There are some incredibly talented football players left on the board for the beginning of the second round. Some possibilities in the first round dispute fell due to injury or character concerns, but some may be waiting because NFL thinks less than the general public and media. In the second round, for fans of the teams looking for studs, here are still the possibility of the highest rank on my big board through Pick 32:
Will Johnson, CB, Michigan
In terms of pound-for-pound talent, Johnson could have been a top-10 pick. His 2023 tape was taught tape in zone coverage, and he showed an explosion from the scripture line to maintain with the receiver under the area. But 2023 was two years ago. Johnson spent most of the 2024 nursing knee injury and was kept away from the test by a hamstring strain that came out from anywhere. He never took 40 time on books and left a lot of variables unanswered or unexplained. Health is a matter of concern with Johnson, but he can have a theft in the style of Cooper Degen (second round, eagles, 2024), if a team cleanses their medical and shows athleticism in their sophomore season.
Nickel Scoton, Edge, Texas A&M
The collapse of scoratton seems to be less about perceived health or character and more about personal choice.
Like their team partner Shemer Stewart and SEC opponents Michael Williams and James Pierce Junior, all run very well for their size. Scoraton faced a more impressive power than the speed in the previous season, and during testing it caused a lot of ups and downs, which possibly turned it into a question mark for more teams. Scoratton can bring a high floor into an edge room that is interested in top-level weight room warriors with heavy hands and surprising turns, but he can go to a team like Lions in the 60s as he is not going to win with the first-phase burst.
Mike Green, Edge, Marshall
Perhaps the age class is just so good? In the first round, there was no place for teams immediately for Green. Green shot the media draft boards for his sharp and strength-to-strength conversion in a senior bowl on the 17–season heels. Production should be eligible as it came against the lower level of the competition and there are concerns why they left Virginia. There is still a chance for a team to stop him in another and make a big impact to protect his technical refinement and speed.
Trains Amos, CB, Ole Miss
It was probably going to be the Maxwell hairstone (Kentaki) or amos at the back end of the first round, and the speed of the hairson made more appeal to bills than Amos’ sticky man coverage capacity. This does not mean that Amos is any slut as a player, and if there was a player I would expect to go to 33, he is one. Their physical appearance and run-stopping value in secondary can help a team secure the end of their rescue. The production of his ball in college indicates that he can turn a game tide at any time.
